How we handle your information.

Draft notice: this policy describes what the site actually does today. It has not yet had a legal review, and NEXACT’s registered business details are not yet confirmed. Do not treat this as final legal copy until both are complete — see docs/decisions.md.

What we collect

When you submit the consultation form, we collect your name, business email, company or store URL, the challenge you describe, your platform or current tools, desired timing, and an optional budget range. We record the time of submission as consent evidence. We do not collect anything beyond what the form asks for.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver the engagement you asked about. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it's stored

Submitted enquiries are stored in our Supabase Postgres database, hosted in the region configured for this project, and are visible only to authorized NEXACT team members. A notification email is sent to our team via our transactional email provider; it is not sent to a third-party mailing list.

Retention

Retention period is not yet finalized — this will be confirmed and published here before launch. Until then, assume enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond to it and, if applicable, deliver the resulting engagement.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted at any time by emailing [email protected].
